With your camp registration, WandA will send you a Parent Package that includes everything you need to know about camp, from what your child will be learning to free resources on how to create more community. You can choose between paperless or get our sustainable packet mailed to your home. You’ll also automatically get entered in a giveaway to win prizes from local businesses, like Aquaboggan Water Park and even free tickets to a future Wanda event!

Additionally if you have registered your kid(s) for the full 2-weeks you will receive WandA freebies like exclusive merch!

Registration ends two weeks before the start of camp. That means you should sign up your kid(s) by July 1st 11:59 p.m. EST.

Yes! We offer a sibling discount so you can rest easy. Simply, register all your kids at once on the registration page. If you have more than three children you’d like to register, please register the first three with the form and then reach out to us on the Contact page. We will adjust your invoice accordingly.

Because our indoor camp is all-day, we highly suggest that you pack your child a nutritious lunch and a reusable water bottle.

Additionally, we will have a snack bar available where campers can purchase snacks and drinks with cash. Water bottles are now always free.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds at this time for any reason, but we are happy to issue a gift certificate that you can use toward any of our future ticketed events.

To maintain our goal of full transparency, we budget to ensure your kids get the best art supplies for stage design and props, our facility costs are covered, and camp directors and staff that are professional, kind, and certified get paid. Of course, we also want to see kids learning to grow in confidence, well-roundedness and performance readiness to tackle any problem that comes their way!

Yes, we do our best to follow the most current CDC guidelines.

If your child is sick with a common cold, please allow your child proper time at home to rest and regain energy until they are fully energized and ready to participate again. If sick with COVID or other illness, we follow current CDC guidelines and masking policies.

We are happy to allow your child to return for the same number of days missed on any of the following camp weeks.

For example, if you child misses 1-3 days, they can return the following week on any camp day to makeup the same number of days they missed. Your child may decide if they would like to participate in the performance, or to just practice new music earlier in the week (Monday through Thursday).

If your child misses 4-5 days, they may return any other camp week but we encourage them to participate in the Friday performance.

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for days missed on the last week of camp.

Please use your best judgment to decide where your child belongs. If they are six turning seven during their first week of camp, they are welcome in the WandA Kids camp with the 7-9 year olds. This also applies to campers turning 14 years old.
